My name is Denny Howell. I’m married to the most awesome wonder woman there is by the name of Susan. Together with her, we have produced two pretty amazing girls that are the most beautiful on the planet! (I may be a little biased) I am a graduate of UTC here in Chattanooga.
I have been with the Ooltewah church now for over 8 years and only growing more in love daily with the work here. I have been preaching and teaching Bible since I was an early teen. Above all I just want to be a light out to the world in order to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and His example. I realize this world is not my home and I want to help prepare others for the one true home of Heaven.

My name is Eric D. Garner. I am a native of Chattanooga, TN and privileged to be married to my
beautiful wife Daljuania who blessed me with two wonderful and lovely daughters, Aiyana and
Leilani. I began preaching the gospel of Christ in 2009 and served the Avondale congregation in
Chattanooga for 12 years. I began preaching for the church at Ooltewah in January 2021.
In addition to preaching, I hold a secular position as a high school assistant principal.
By way of education, I earned a degree in Bible from the Online Academy of Biblical Studies,
and secularly, I hold a Doctorate degree in Education from Carson-Newman University.
I have been fortunate to conduct gospel meetings, serve in lectureships/conferences, and hold
speaking engagements domestically and abroad. The Lord has blessed me to be involved in
various works within the ministry. Below are a few of the works I am currently involved in:
